About Us
Surgery Center (ORSC) is a joint venture between the local hospital, Mercy Medical Center, Inc., and a number of local physicians. We are fully accredited by AAAHC, certified by Medicare, and a member of the national organizations in our industry, AAASC and FASA. ORSC is governed by the Management Committee comprised of five physician/shareholders and five hospital members.
Our mission is to provide high-quality, cost effective outpatient surgical services and advance the charitable and community purposes of Mercy Medical Center.
