During her residency, she also spent time at Children's National Medical Center, which afforded a rich experience in treating the pediatric population. She then pursued subspecialty training in spine surgery at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore with an emphasis on degenerative conditions of the spine as well as adolescent scoliosis.
